These Terms govern your access to and use of ofyse. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

ofyse provides software to manage coworking spaces — bookings, members, memberships, and billing. We may update features over time to improve the product.

Trials & billing

New workspaces start with a 30-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials, the data you add, complying with applicable laws, and how you collect and process your own members' data through the platform.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Availability & liability

We work to keep ofyse reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
